    Developed and Managed the initial rollout of the transition from Kinko's to FedEx Kinko's starting in the primary hub location for FedEx, Indianapolis, Indiana. Over fifty different new locations identified and opened in OH, KY, IN, IL and MO. FedEx retained SITUS Realty Corp. to identify, secure and see the store development process through to store opening. Glenbrook, a super regional mall, has a storied past of excellent occupancy and sales. Recently (Sept 2018) Carsons Department store closed and Sears is scheduled to close in November 2018. Glenbrook, a super regional mall, has a storied past of excellent occupancy and sales. Recently (Sept 2018) Carsons Department store closed and Sears is scheduled to close in November 2018. This fifty year old asset, the dominant mall in northeastern Indiana, will lose two anchors yet open opportunity to many retailers, restaurants, entertainment and specialty retailers previously locked out of the market due to full occupancy of the most desireable site in the market. Bj's Brewhouse is already open on one pad, Chick Fil A is under contruction on another and many more opportunities and announcements have yet to be finalized.
