“It is easy to get spoiled when working with Kelly. She's clearly the absolute best at what she does. Kelly is thorough, an incredibly fast thinker and is highly disciplined. I learned from Kelly. She taught me what an event (any event, didn't matter which one she was working on) was supposed to look like when it ran at 100% efficiency. And even when there were bumps in the road, Kelly came up with solutions and gained instantaneous buy-in from the team. Her planning and strategy was meticulous and highly consistent and this made it easy to drop solutions into a framework that fit many difficult situations. She is easily capable of events marketing. However I would submit she is also capable of substantially more. Her organizational skills make her a powerful manager. She's very fair in her interactions with everyone and she is consistently just and impartial. This made our events function and execute without issues, completely due to her ability to marshal a team and gain buy-in to manufacture the experience. She is highly capable and anyone that has access to her is a better person, staffer and professional for it. Do not underestimate her as she is highly capable, smart and honest. She will be sorely missed. ”
