Kelly Mizell joined JLL in July, 2022 with more than 25 years of experience in property management. She is currently a Senior General Manager in San Antonio and oversees operations for a total of 700,000 square-foot office buildings which include The Forum, SA Tower, Live Oak Medical and Oak Hills Women’s Medical. Ms. Mizell interfaces with tenants, vendors and management staff daily to effectively manage the properties, as well as communicates with building owners to limit costs, recommend capital improvements and maintain a superior building quality.

Previously, Ms. Mizell worked as an Associate Director for CBRE for 9 years.

Strategically located in what is known around the Alamo City as the“Medical Center,” Texas Center for Athletes houses a community practice featuring otology, dentistry, cosmetic and plastic surgery,
    cardiology, spine, sleep disorders, ophthalmology, internal medicine, pain management, bracing, physical therapy, sports medicine
    and hand rehabilitation.
    Like its championship-caliber neighbors, the award-winning Texas Center for Athletes was constructed through a team effort that saw completion in October 2006. (The following season, the Spurs would win their fourth NBA Championship title)

    Stoneterra Medical Plaza, the well-illuminated, beautifully landscaped and eco-friendly office property managed by Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, was named the 2009 Office Building of the Year (TOBY) in the medical office building category by the San Antonio chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
    “It’s exciting and a great honor to be one of the San Antonio properties chosen for this highly sought after industry award,” explains Kelly Mizell, senior property manager with Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., and on-site property manager for Stoneterra Medical Plaza.
    Referred to in industry circles more often than not by its acronym, the TOBY award designation recognizes those buildings earning top marks in various facets of property operations. These in-clude everything from site management and community involvement of the management team to environmental and “green” policies and procedures.
    Stoneterra Medical Plaza is a 57,211-square-feet Class “A” medical building built in 2006, and situated at 150 E. Sonterra on the far North Side within close proximity to North Central Baptist Hospital, and Methodist Hospital. .
    As a local TOBY winner, Stoneterra Medical Plaza was eligible to compete with other office build-ings in comparable categories at the regional level. The BOMA Southwest Regional Conference was held in Houston, Texas on April 3, 2009.
    “We were not chosen to move forward to the international TOBY competition, but, it was a re-warding experience to make it to the regional level” says Mizell. “I take pride in managing such a beautiful building with a diverse mix of primary care and medical specialists including family practice, an endoscopy surgery center, gastroenterology clinic, infectious disease physician, a car-diologist, ear, nose & throat clinic and an OB/Gyn. PlainsCapital Bank is located on the 1st floor and occupies 6% of the building.
