At the gala BCI presents the Loving Hands Award to an individual, business or organization that has made a significant difference in the lives of our employees over the years.

Under my leadership, True Manufacturing was awarded the Loving Hands Award for 2020 for our partnership with BCI. True has partnered with BCI to help train and hire adults with disabilities; creating a one of a kind Skills Center for adults with disabilities to train them in manufacturing. True has also worked with BCI on the Community Employment program and utilized BCIs internal manufacturing capabilities.
Working with BCI for the last four years has been very rewarding for me.
