Led turnaround of newsprint, super calendared, and #5 coated ground wood products business segments that resulted in EBIT improvement of 12% and an 8% increase of ROIC with annual global sales of $650 million.

Achieved Six Sigma Green Belt and Rapid Lean Certifications. Led a Six Sigma project which yielded $600K in YoY savings. Reduced on hand inventory by 30% while increasing fill rate by 10%. Participated on Master Black Belt led freight lane and shuttle optimization projects that saved more than $10M.

In this role I was responsible for transitioning C1S product service from Portland, ME to Dayton, OH operations. During this project, I lived in Portland, ME for the duration and was responsible for the business system and service transition (including training).

The transition was seamless to customers and saved the company $500K+ in annual savings.

Tasked with developing training for new Y2K sales reps. The team expanded from 5 people to over 100 leading up to Y2K.

Organized and led a team of students to raise $10K for the Ronald McDonald House via on and off-campus fundraising efforts. Team project was awarded top prize in the country at the national convention in Atlanta Georgia. Miniature golf fundraising event continues to this day.

As Club President I led a team of students to raise almost $8K for the general scholarship campaign at Wright State University. Held the first annual bridal show in the student union. Mobilized students, sold tickets for event via radio advertisements, sold vendor booth space via personal selling, and work with Wright State University event staff.

Participated in global trade with student counterparts in Chile. Issued shares of stock to raise capital, set up necessary legal documents for company, engaged in global trade, assisted with product sales, and paid shareholder dividends.

Helped to establish the 1st Annual Walk for Multiple Sclerosis in Springfield, OH.
