I served as the project manager for the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan project, a component of the City’s integrated master planning efforts to address anticipated population growth and development. The main project components include sewer system planning, hydraulic modeling, wastewater treatment facilities evaluation, and development of a capital improvement plan for the entire sanitary sewer service.

I served as the design-build project manager for the planning, design, and construction services for the 2.0-MGD Cowskin Creek Water Quality Reclamation Facility Improvement project. Improvements will include installation of a new Grit King grit removal unit, rehabilitation of the influent screening channels, significant reconfiguration and reconstruction of the bio solids digestion and dewatering process, installation of a new biofilter system, and improvements for the effluent reuse pumps.
