“After applying for my current role I expected a to wait a while to hear back, but Kevin responded the very next day. We had a nice chat, during which he outlined the role and asked how my experience aligned with it. As the interview process progressed, I noticed those I met with made mention of what I had discussed with Kevin . . . so he must have been listening and taking notes. The waiting time to the decision was kind or brutal, but Kevin kept up frequent and friendly communications. And when I joined the company, Kevin was there the first day to greet me. What I remember most, however, was how Kevin seemed genuinely happy to speak to me the day we first spoke. I am sure he made others he spoke to for the role feel the same way.”
