The Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) is responsible for investigating, deliberating, and bringing to resolution, according to these Rules and Policies, all complaints against certificants.

The Small Staff Association Committee (SSAC) reviews the total spectrum of ASAE programs and activities and evaluates their appropriateness in meeting the needs of the executive who manages a small-staff association (an association of 10 or fewer staff regardless of budget size). It then develops recommendations and advise the organizations on ways to improve programs for small staff associations.

The international Section facilitates the exchange of information among executives of key global associations and societies, and reviews the programs and activities of ASAE in terms of meeting the needs of these executives. Membership is composed of the chief staff executives of individual and trade associations.
