How can you present your research findings in a visually appealing way?
Storytelling matters a lot when sharing research findings. I start by explaining "why" we did the research. Then, I talk about "what" we found, making each discovery feel like a character in a story. I've found that incorporating visuals, like captivating infographics or compelling data visualizations, paints a vivid picture, making the narrative both captivating and easily understandable. It's like telling a good story that makes everyone interested in what we learned!

How can you use user journey maps to identify pain points in UX design?
When diving into the user journey map, I take a close look at each step, trying to spot any moments where users might face problems. I pay special attention to how they're feeling at different points – whether they're happy, frustrated, or confused. Then, I mark down those spots where they seem to face hurdles or get stuck. After that, it's time to dig deep and figure out what is causing theses issues. Is it a design issue, a communication problem, or something else causing the hassle? That's how I uncover those pain points and start thinking about how to fix them for a better user experience
