She has been an invaluable employee and grown into leadership roles quickly as the opportunity and challenges arose. While she was initially hired to help grow the company and manage accounts, she has stepped up to the task and worn many hats in our organization. She learns extremely fast and does not shy away from responsibilities or challenges. Our business model is unique and the post-acute market can be challenging. Neither have deterred Kourtney.
