She redeveloped our training and change management programs when she joined the project after they had fallen behind. Through this, she built trust between the project team and key operational SMEs and Executives. With her leadership, we trained all users prior to go-live and operations was ready to take ownership of the system with updated policy and procedures, system knowledge through training, and KPI/benefits realization through process improvement and reporting.
