Served over 5000 men and women in helping them to get back on their feet. Secured support from national and local companies. Delivered programs to help clients be ready to interview for living wage jobs, once they had exited their social services support program (drug, alcohol, domestic abuse, etc)

All 3 kids are Eagle Scouts. Volunteered across many troops - largely in operational planning/execution, fundraising, and progress towards Eagle Scout. Now with the girls as part of BSA, serve on Board of Review, and co-leading development of new Confidence Curriculum.

Success requires an ability to engage academia, industry, government, and not-for-profits in joint efforts for education and certification.
