Have you wondered what does it take to get promoted at work? Most people work hard in their jobs, but when it comes to getting promoted, there is almost always someone else ahead of them. On one extreme there are people who believe that the only way to get promoted is to talk your way through the corporate structure. On the other extreme, there are people who believe that working hard and doing good work is the only way to go. Kunal disagrees with both these approaches.

To get promoted, your boss and his or her peers need to think that you are better than your peers. That's when you will get promoted. But how do you do that? You've got to do really good work, you've got to build a network of people who know and talk about the impact of your good work and you will need to recruit mentors in your company who can put you in the front of high impact projects.

That's exactly why I created the book "Promotionary". In this book, I've laid out a step by step process to get you promoted in the next 90 days. You will learn exactly what it takes to get a promotion from your current level, following one step at a time, one day at a time.

These are the exact steps that Kunal followed took to take my career from an entry level employee to the Chief Operating Officer of a private software company. For the first time Kunal has put all knowledge into one promotion mastery blueprint called "Promotionary".

  • Searchabilty

80% of all jobs filled in a given month are filled through the “Hidden Job Market”. What you see online - on company websites, on job boards etc. etc. represent only 20% of all inventory. No “Recruiting Agencies” don’t hold the remaining. On top of that 95% of all candidates looking for jobs go after the 20%.

6 and 7 figure executives tap into the hidden job market and Kunal intends to show you exactly how to do that with his new book “Searchability”.

No “Recruiting Agencies” don’t hold the remaining. On top of that 95% of all candidates looking for jobs go after the 20%.

6 and 7 figure executives tap into the hidden job market and Kunal intends to show you exactly how to do that with his new book “Searchability”.

With “Searchability”, Kunal has put together a 15 step process to implement a strategy called the “Inbound Outbound” strategy to help you tap into this hidden job market, so that you too can get a 6 or even a 7 figure job.

Kunal’s style of teaching uses a combination of theory and practice. Expect to learn a concept, but then go back and do some homework. Kunal believes that the best students are the ones who do the homework at the end of each chapter.

With “Searchability”, the guesswork from job searching in today’s competitive and global job market is taken out of the picture. All of you have to do is follow along, one step at a time to your dream job.

Have you wondered why there are some folks who can take their careers all the way to the “next level” becoming executives and getting promotion after promotion regularly and then there are some others who are pretty much stuck in a job they hate, only going to work for the sake of a paycheck?

Have you ever wondered why don’t you get paid enough relative to your peers and wish you had negotiated a better pay package?

If the answer to any of the questions above is “Yes”, then most likely you either taken up a job that doesn’t match to your long-term career goals, your personal preferences and your likes and dislikes or you don’t get paid relative to what you can bring to the table.

If you’re wondering what does it take to select a job that matches your long-term goals, one that matches your values, one that is fulfilling and rewarding and one that pays you what you are worth, then “Get What You are Worth” is for you.

In this book, Kunal breaks down the process of evaluating a job offer and negotiating your package into 7 steps, that he believes can take your career from “Average” to the “Next Level”.
