You are STRONG enough! That’s what I say to myself whenever I face a difficult challenge. It’s also one of the lines in the SUPERCHARGED® statement I created about 11 years ago. Although it was created long ago, it’s even more relevant today. As we dive deeper into the second quarter of 2024, challenges are bound to arise. Now is a good time to reflect on the progress you’ve made so far. Check in on yourself. Are you still on track? Are your challenges stopping you from moving forward?

You are strong enough to overcome the challenges standing between you and your progress. But to truly believe it, you first need to acknowledge the power you’ve always had. Remember who you are and what your WHY is. Take a moment to reconnect with your inner strength and reaffirm your worth. Here’s how.

As I always say, “No one succeeds alone..sometimes, you need a boost.” You can draw strength from your Boost Friends™ to help you stay on track. I’m able to overcome challenges because I know that I’m strong enough and my strength is enhanced by the friends supporting me.

Remember, you’re strong enough! So, stand for what you believe in and don’t be afraid to pursue your passion.
