    I was given disassembled code, a link to the microcontroller datasheet and 7 days to document and explain how the code functioned. I successfully documented the inputs and outputs, showed how the code functioned and was also able to modify data for different outputs.

    I was working on a microcontroller, the PSoC3 from Cypress to intercept the engine sensors and split the signals. The signal will go to the Stock ECU and the 2nd for the aftermarket programmable ECU which will drive the engine. This project would simulate the stock sensor output to trick the stock ECU into believing that all engine parameters are still within the desired range. This would allow the car to be fully modified and not have any undesirable results where the stock ECU would go into…
