Implemented Lean Construction elements of the Last Planner® system. Safety monitoring system resulted in over 1 year, 150,000+ manhours without a lost time accident or recordable injury. Show less

Managed electrical construction of brand new automated cereal production line into existing plant. During the project, managed a peak of 120 electrical tradesmen and managed administrative duties including: site safety, schedule development, progress tracking, costs, coordination, plant operations impacts, design & bidding package issue and scope walks, design review input, provided full‐time on‐site representation, and punchlist coordination.

Provided engineering design for disconnect and relocation of a yogurt production line between plants. Managed design and coordination efforts during preliminary scope and bid package development, held bid walks with contractors, and provided input during bid evaluation. Project was halted prior to construction after bid award.

Worked as primary electrical design engineer beginning in layout and equipment procurement phases, coordinated with OEM and controls integration vendors, developed, issued, and evaluated bid packages, provided oversight during construction and assisted with troubleshooting during start‐up and commissioning.

Provided on‐site support during installation and commissioning of new production equipment used for yogurt processing, filling, and packaging. Support duties consisted of working directly with construction trades during install and commissioning, management of equipment orders, design and troubleshooting of electrical and controls automation installation. Also met with trades to ensure installation constraints were met during construction and commissioning phases.
