    Education

    I had to watch over teens from ages 6 to 18. I had to make sure they were staying out of trouble, and making sure they are having fun. I played games, cooked food, and made some new friends. I got asked to do an internship for the teen center but I decided that it was not for me. I had to get 8 hours of community service for my Introduction to Business class freshmen year of college at UNH.

    Contributed to the Launch of this self-service web application offering IaaS, PaaS, and DBaaS.
    1. Worked with IT communications, Midrange Services, and End-User Technology to develop an overall branding strategy for our Internal Cloud services and the underlying products.
    2. Worked on a communication plan to explain the benefits and service offerings of the new portal to our customers
    3. Created two support websites that give customers the ability to not only learn about the service…

    3. Created two support websites that give customers the ability to not only learn about the service offerings within the application, but also give them a way to voice their opinion.
    4. Helped run a pilot of the new product so we could gain valuable feedback from our participants, which assisted us in improving the application
    5. Created knowledge base articles that are important for the successful operation of this application (Runbook, Escalation page, Product Information Page, and RACI)
    6. Developed custom email notifications with HTML, CSS, and Apache Velocity code, so our customers receive necessary information in their build request receipts
