“I have had the opportunity to get to know Lance Roberts in my time at Cherry Logistics. I met Lance through a formal networking site. We started messaging each other because we seemed to share the same business beliefs. Lance then took the time out of his schedule to speak to me and share his business concepts. He gave me guidance with his past and current logistics knowledge with TMS systems, new hires, and relationships. He went out of his way to share with me contacts that could assist me with building my company. There was no benefit to him to help me with my journey but he stated that he wanted to help someone. I have come across many people in this industry and have not had another individual take the time that Lance had to help a fellow business person. To me, this shows the character of the individual as well as a true leader.
