"I [Bradley Turner - Infrastructure Branch Chief - DMDC CIO-Architecture] am nominating Lance Jenkinson for the [III: Make Things Happen] value coin for his outstanding above and beyond exceptional support to the Comprehensive Enterprise Analytics System (CEAS) implementation. From the beginning he has been instrumental in gathering customer requirements and clearly articulating these requirements to the design and implementation team. His relentless pursuit of perfection for his Division and customers has led to major improvements in the products and implementation methods to ensure the system meets the DMDC and DMDC Customer needs. Lance has constantly attended working group meetings and actively participated to provide his expertise in the implementation process and has kept in constant contact with stakeholders he represents and the team leads that oversee the implementation. He has included team members from outside his Division in his weekly team meetings and has himself participated in a variety of working groups to ensure valuable information was included in the team discussions. He has provided several capability demonstrations with customers and has even begun efforts to establish and online forum to share information with other DMDC Divisions and stakeholders of CEAS. Without his dedication, we would definitely not be where we are today. He is an extremely valuable member of the team.”

"I would like to recognize Lance Jenkinson for his great efforts in bringing the acclaimed documentary “CinemAbilty” to the USPTO. Lance’s partnering and collaboration efforts with the Affinity Group and others (i.e. Communication Group, Conference Services – Office of Administrative Services) brought fruition to the idea of showing this movie within the USPTO. This film combined small clips of various motion pictures throughout the decades with interviews with actors and actresses, historians, filmmakers and others in the motion picture industry. This documentary was not only informative but also showed the great courage, stamina and noble spirit of the handicapped to keep pushing on no matter the times or conditions. This film gave one pause in feeling a great respect for the handicapped and Lance was singularly instrumental in ensuring this documentary was brought to an exclusive USPTO audience. I therefore would like to recognize and thank Lance for his creativity, willingness, and determination for lifting the hearts of the USPTO through his effort in enlightening us with this enriching film."
