    Worked on optimizing our core spray tip department, to lower new spray tip usage, goal was 5% equaling $200,000...my team worked together to bring our new spray tip usage down even further; from 50% to currently 38%. This project was submitted to Daimler North America TOS Awards, where our award came in 4th.

  • Electronic Unit Pump Productivity Improvement

    Productivity Improvement by .26 bringing productivity from 1.56 to 1.82 or above. Streamlining the department, achieving better part flow, removing waste in movement, transportation and waiting. Optimizing process for disassembly, delivering shorter lead times to build line using TOS+ tools. 6 month project will wrap in May.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam

    Score: 97.7%

    Our exam was 250 questions and I received a 97.7%. We had daily exams of the material where 85%-100% was achieved daily on those. Extremely hard course, and the education doesn't end there. I will continue to keep learning, with an open mind.
