Summary: With the growth of Yesler Inc.. (Projectline’s parent company) and their ERGs at different stages, they saw the need to collaborate across ERGs to ensure scalable processes, coordinate calendars, and create intersectional opportunities for employees. They started an ERG leaders (ERGs Unite) quarterly meeting to discuss topics like resources, recognition, the launch of additional ERGs, joint opportunities and both executive sponsor and core team responsibilities. This has led to time savings, increased participation across intersectional members of ERG events, better advocacy for collective ERGs to leadership and joint internal and external events.

Through our uniquely comprehensive programs, we are able to help thousands of animals every year and spread a message of compassion to countless people.
