Worked with a group of other engineers to volunteer sorting and packaging medicines that were shipped to 3rd world countries. The original process was confusing, unorganized and cause shipment to take at least 3 weeks. Helped Re-design process and re-layout plant to reduce sort, package and ship time to 1 week.
