My role in this project is to help Sarah take her ideas for this creative project and organize them in a way that is tangible to the composer who will be writing the music. Then, as the composer begins to write, working closely with the composer and Sarah Fox to ensure that Sarah's vision is accurately reflected in the work of the composer. Member of the Career Connected Learning (CCL) Collaboratory, which is a group of leaders around CCL and work-based learning (WBL) in their county or a broader region within the Gorge. The long-term outcome is for all youth in the Gorge to be aware of the manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and construction careers in the region and beyond, and understand the pathways to pursue them.

They are looking to leverage their network of established large enterprises, growing midsize companies and emerging start-ups to foster increased innovation, explore untapped markets, and develop the UAS/UAV sector in their region. Working with the leadership team to put on events for women in STEM in the Columbia River Gorge. Gorge Women in STEM is sponsored through the Gorge Tech Alliance. Also help with finances, marketing, social media, project management, strategy building, networking, and other foundational work.

As of April 2022, I have officially taken over as lead of the Gorge Women in STEM.

Meet with students over the course of six months to help design, implement, and verify a piece of software to be delivered to SightLine Applications. Led them through the Agile methodology and helped them solve conflicts along the way.

Helped build the student group We in Computer Science from the ground up and established the WiCS Mentorship Program which still thrives today.

Alongside a fellow colleague, founded the current mentorship program for We in Computer Science which launched the main group through rapid membership growth, branding exposure, and positive impact.
