He integrated into our company quickly and ran (and improved) our full recruiting process. He ramped and coordinated our recruiting efforts from job descriptions through training our staff on interviewing techniques. During the past 8 months Len successfully brought 9 new fulltime employees and 7 co-op students onboard. When Len started at D3, we were using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that wasn’t fully capable of providing everything D3 needed. Len found and implemented a new ATS system which not only provided all tracking metrics we needed, but it was more user friendly and cost efficient. We have reduced our total recruiting costs by more than $25K per year. Len’s background in HR and recruiting will make him valuable to any organization. ”
