“I worked with Len for a number of years. I was an Operations Manager based in New York while Len was the Data Center Manager in Chicago. During our time at Publicis, we were both involved with a major integration of business units, systems and services. I found Len to be quite exceptional at his job. He was not only very knowledgeable in his areas of expertise, he was able communicate his findings clearly and create detailed and efficient plans to improve the Data Centers, server rooms and systems that came under his responsibility. I have also seen that Len is not only able to talk in technical terms to those that he works with, he is also able to communicate to senior management including those in the "C" suite.”
