In the 3 years she led the ESG effort at Dutch Bros, she was able to pull together a comprehensive summary of the major factors contributing to the company's carbon footprint, then prioritize and recommend areas to improve sustainability based on tangible ROI, and further qualified by ease of implementation. She was well received in the field where much of her effort was focused on helping our shop operators and crews understand how they could work differently in support of initiatives that would reduce unnecessary consumption, such as water. Overall, Lindsey was a great asset to our company, educating leaders and stakeholders about new ways to look at the way we do our work without compromising our desired business outcomes.”
