How do you stay curious and creative as a strategy pro?
You have to dedicate time to being curious. - Find people that also share this passion. Say Yes to things they invite you to that don't seem like your typical comfort zone. - Don't just skip over an event or concert that isn't your "preference"- go to it. people watch. listen. learn Get outside - As much as possible. This 100% unlocks all the right things in your brain to think in new ways Immerse yourself in different cultures - There are so many ways to do this in your own community. - And if you have the opportunity, travel.

Porter's Five is the most helpful tool to bring back to the table when helping a client understand the overall state of competition within an industry. Highly recommend starting with initial examples and building together in an interactive format.
