How can you apply conflict resolution models to team conflict?
There's no perfect model for managing conflict. The best model is the one that makes sense in your context, that you can apply consistently, and that helps you communicate effectively with the people involved. Models are great tools for creating clarity in ambiguous situations. In my experience, most take adaptation to work in the real world.

Mental Health Media Guide
-

Grasshopper
-
Grasshopper began as a start-up within Google's Area120 incubator program. It's a mobile app that teaches people how to code through an approachable curriculum and an engaging user experience. I collaborated with the Grasshopper product team, overseeing the design collaboration with O/M from pre-launch through several years of refinement and growth, and ultimately to their successful graduation from the incubator program as a product within the Education pillar at Google.

Digital Collection Materials Project
-
I designed and spearheaded the Digital Collection Materials Project (DCMP), a many-month effort to address the problems of: insufficient access to older digital works in the collection; the need to establish best practices for new digital design acquisitions; and the lack of a long-term plan for caring for digital works of art. Through a Smithsonian grant, I secured the funding for two full-time temporary positions and put in place a small team of experts to execute the project.
