ACH strives to be an industry leader with training. One of our biggest marketing and training tools are the jail summits we host in several states. The jail summits require a high degree of organizational skills to successfully coordinate. From behind the scenes to hosting events, Liz has done a tremendous job of establishing and hosting six jail summits this year. The Events Committee has always been one of those tasks that people like to receive but is difficult to maintain due to the rate of burnout. The same individuals end up handling all of the events and do not get to relax and enjoy the event after all the time spent planning, purchasing, setting up, running, and breaking down an event. In July of this year, we relaunched the events committee and had a great number of people volunteer. As the sign-up sheets for events went around, I noticed Liz's name in at least two places on each page. After the meeting, she came up and said that she would be happy to sign up for more but wanted to give others an opportunity. In the few weeks that have followed, she has been offering recommendations for event modifications and decorations that will benefit events now and into the future. While addressing Minnesota issues in January and February of this year, I and others called upon Liz to provide us manuals, forms, and other pertinent information to the sites. Liz's commitment to ACH, co-workers, and our sites really helped us in building relationships in the field. No matter how many phone calls for more manuals or emails for help, Liz never wavered in her commitment to us. Liz has been instrumental in the planning of these events from the ordering of the supplies for the binders to coming in early to help print the presentations. Her hard work and attention to detail have exceeded my expectations and have allowed us to meet all of our deadlines.

Recognition for collaborating with Daler in assisting the Vice President of Contract Initiations and Vice President of Compliance in creating libraries for our transition from a loacally shared drive to SharePoint. Organized many meetings, taking notes, and converting notes to meaningful data.
