ACH strives to be an industry leader with training. One of our biggest marketing and training tools are the jail summits we host in several states. The jail summits require a high degree of organizational skills to successfully coordinate. From behind the scenes to hosting events, Liz has done a tremendous job of establishing and hosting six jail summits this year. The jail summits require a high degree of organizational skills to successfully coordinate. From behind the scenes to hosting events, Liz has done a tremendous job of establishing and hosting six jail summits this year. Liz, who had never personally attended a jail summit, was able to immediately step into her role as Marketing and Events Coordinator and successfully complete each event from beginning to end. On top of hosting these events, Liz also strengthened our relationships with several sheriffs' associations and clients. Thank you Liz, for your diligence and representing the ACH team so well. You make my life easier!

Angela Moriarity, Director of Human Resources

The Events Committee has always been one of those tasks that people like to receive but is difficult to maintain due to the rate of burnout. The same individuals end up handling all of the events and do not get to relax and enjoy the event after all the time spent planning, purchasing, setting up, running, and breaking down an event. In July of this year, we relaunched the events committee and had a great number of people volunteer. As the sign-up sheets for events went around, I noticed…

The same individuals end up handling all of the events and do not get to relax and enjoy the event after all the time spent planning, purchasing, setting up, running, and breaking down an event. In July of this year, we relaunched the events committee and had a great number of people volunteer. As the sign-up sheets for events went around, I noticed Liz's name in at least two places on each page. After the meeting, she came up and said that she would be happy to sign up for more but wanted to give others an opportunity. In the few weeks that have followed, she has been offering recommendations for event modifications and decorations that will benefit events now and into the future. Thank you, Liz, for your collaboration. I enjoy working with you and all of your ideas! - Angela

  • Certificate of Recognition - Committment

While gathering information for the Great Place to Work employer portion of the survey, it was clear we would need Liz to assist. When I informed Liz that I would need her help, she immediately said, "Whatever you need. Just let me know." Little did she realize just how much help we would need! Liz worked countless hours with me ensuring we had just the right language to reflect the greatness of ACH. There were some late nights, long discussions, and much pondering. Through it all, Liz…

  • Certificate of Recognition - Commitment

    Sandi Lehman, Regional Nurse Trainer

While addressing Minnesota issues in January and February of this year, I and others called upon Liz to provide us manuals, forms, and other pertinent information to the sites. Liz's commitment to ACH, co-workers, and our sites really helped us in building relationships in the field. No matter how many phone calls for more manuals or emails for help, Liz never wavered in her commitment to us. Without this commitment, we in the field would not have been as successful in addressing issues.…
