3rd, for my time as member if the Officer Management Division from June 2021 to July 2023

4th, For my brief tenure as a Professor of Military Sience at the University of Central Oklahoma

The BAIB recognizes that I am a qualified Army Instructor who has voluntarily entered into an Instructor certification process. This process included classroom learning, lesson plan development, feedback from certified observers, and 80 total hours as a primary instructor.

The Joint Combined Warfighting Course-Hybrid required a group writing project. My Group was one of three recognized out of a field of 20 teams for our paper on recruiting challenges facing the Reserve force.

While Stationed at Human Resources Command, I was an active member of the Gold Vault Chapter. My Team at HRC nominated me for this award based on my efforts as a Talent Manager, Talent Management Branch Chief, and Officer Management Division Deputy Chief.
