How can VR be integrated with other emerging technologies, such as AI and AR, for education?
Focusing solely on enhancing learning outcomes is too limited. As real-time collaboration becomes increasingly essential, there is an opportunity to employ a concept coined by Rob Watts, AI Architect from Intel: "AR when you are there and VR when you aren't." This approach allows solution developers to harness the strengths of both technologies. Utilizing AI to analyze users' environments, we can provide optimal experiences. For example, if five people share a room and two are remote, AR should generate avatars only for remote colleagues while AI gathers room information to create a simulation, allowing remote colleagues to virtually join through VR.

How can AR image recognition foster collaboration and community among history and culture enthusiasts?
There are millions of of paintings, sculptures, items from the daily lives of our ancestors and more locked away in climate controlled vaults to preserve them. In order for AR to continue to evolve into a ubiquitous and useful tool for enabling viewers with new insights into cultural and historical art and antiquities its important to support the historians who are working to digitize the millions of artifacts that have never been displayed.

The Sacramento Area Hunter Jumper Association was founded in 1987 by a small group of riders and trainers. Their purpose was to develop a local association dedicated to supporting, educating, and introducing beginning and intermediate riders and horses to the horse show environment, and to provide a consistent framework for local shows. SAHJA members have the opportunity to compete for year-end awards.
Over the years SAHJA has continued to meet its goals by setting standards for shows and show judges similar to those of the US Equestrian organization.
WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT
SAHJA is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors elected for staggered two-year terms. A variety of committees oversee point tabulations, show registration, membership, Newsletter, educational programs, a scholarship fund, the Championship Show and Medal Finals Show, and the annual year end Awards Banquet. The Board and committee members meet the first Monday of every month, and all members are invited, and encouraged, to participate.
SAHJA’s show season runs from the third week of January through the last week of November. During the season, riders and horses registered with the Association have the opportunity to compete at SAHJA sanctioned shows for points in 17 different divisions, and for equitation medals in three different divisions. All classes are designed to give entry level and intermediate riders and horses the opportunity to learn and build confidence in their skills and preparation for riders desiring to continue on to larger association rated shows. SAHJA shows are also an ideal place to learn traditional horse show etiquette and procedures.
SAHJA riders and horses have gone on to compete regionally, statewide and nationally with great success. SAHJA also provides a competitive local level format filled with challenges and camaraderie.
