When do you stop rebutting and start closing?
Before meeting with a prospect, we have a call to review their needs. This allows me to tailor the presentation. The pitch begins with reviewing their requirements, confirming the needs are correct or if their requirements have changed. The next step is to review our process and explain why the process is important. I finish up by presenting a case study of how we helped another client who asked us to help them with a similar request. Lastly, I provide key points of how we helped our client by saving them money or reducing their risk. If I'm still running into objections, it typically means I didn't do well communicating. Asking further questions can identify pain points. This should allow you to address and close the transaction.
