I help support and grow our Expert Office Hours program, which matches climate experts with those looking to enter the climate workplace, start or grow companies, or seeking other support in joining the climate cause.

WTS Bay Area is the local chapter of the Women in Transportation Seminar, an international organization that promotes women in careers in transportation. I've had the pleasure of mentoring several cohorts of new SDRs through the program, coaching them on everything from how to approach work-life balance in their new careers, interviewing and choosing companies, transition to life in sales and life in startups, and much more.
