    The Tomorrow Team stems from Comcast's Tomorrow Tour. Back in 2016, Comcast teamed up with Technically Media to do a nationwide tour in some of America's up and coming tech communities.     The Tomorrow Team stems from Comcast's Tomorrow Tour. Back in 2016, Comcast teamed up with Technically Media to do a nationwide tour in some of America's up and coming tech communities. The goal was to not dictate but learn from the community in order to get a sense of what they need. From the Tomorrow Tour, Comcast developed the Tomorrow Team. Members of the Tomorrow Team are Comcast stakeholders who ensure the Company has representation within the entrepreneurial community. Specifically, I acted as representative for Comcast to help elevate its role in entrepreneurial/startup communities in our footprint. This was done by attending local and national events and connecting members of various networks together to best serve this niche.

    Annually, Comcast NBCUniversal chooses 100 employees across the corporation (Comcast, NBC, Universal, etc.) to be participants at the Know Your Value conference in New York City. I was chosen as a participant in 2017 for my entrepreneurial spirit at the company.

    The T. Howard Foundation’s mission is to diversify the multimedia and entertainment industry by increasing the representation of minority young men and women within the industry. This is accomplished via a comprehensive program, for minority college students that consist of: - an internship program that gives students industry knowledge and experience; - professional development, that prepares students for their internship and the corporate environment; - career awareness…

    The T. Howard Foundation’s mission is to diversify the multimedia and entertainment industry by increasing the representation of minority young men and women within the industry. This is accomplished via a comprehensive program, for minority college students that consist of: - an internship program that gives students industry knowledge and experience; - professional development, that prepares students for their internship and the corporate environment; - career awareness that recruits students by making them aware of career opportunities in the industry; and - industry awareness that identifies and recruits multimedia organizations that will host interns. The T. Howard Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization located in the Metropolitan Washington area. The Foundation conducts activities nationwide working with diverse college students, colleges and universities and multimedia companies to promote the value and benefits of diversity.
