“Marcelino is one of the best SDRs I've ever had the chance to work with. Outside of being process driven and excellent with outbound sales. Marcelino is a team-player and an amazing sales professional in all areas. Being so in tune with his abilities where they both excel and can improve makes Marcelino an amazing rep. A student to the game and constantly learning how to be 1% daily is something I'd say Marcelino strives to do on a daily. Adding in anecdotes from his personal experiences to help others is something I often hear from Marcelino and many teams would be ecstatic to have Marcelino be able to add that value to them. Ultimately, outside of performing over sales quotas his ability to uplift all of those around him gives him the ability to be a star-player for any sales departments.”

How do you identify the learning style of your coachee?
Adapting coaching styles to diverse learners is an art! In group dynamics vs. one-on-one sessions, I'm all about the strategic shift. For groups, I will typically use multiple coaching styles to cast a wider net. I use engaging visuals, captivating conversations, and even interactive polls to ensure it's a greater experience and everyone soars high together. In a one-on-one setting, it's all about laser-focus. Going deep with the learning style of the coachee helps to truly amplify their strengths. However, if it feels like we’ve hit a plateau I will unleash a new style to spark a breakthrough!

How do you identify the learning style of your coachee?
As a coach I like to begin with uncovering the learning style that works best for the individual. From my experience, the easiest way to achieve this is by asking these discovery questions: - What learning style works best for you? Do you like reading text, looking at images, listening to talks, or trying things out? - Thinking back, when did learning feel super easy and fun for you? - Is there a style of learning that is challenging for you? Like maybe listening to long talks or reading books? Everyone has their own magic way of learning! Some will even benefit from a combination of learning styles.
