As you ask and listen to your customer priorities. Have the customer rank the priorities ensuring you understand the ranking. You will find opportunity to exceed expectations and plan for problems and combine solutions as possible. This keeps you two to three steps ahead.

As stated on the IUCRC website, C2SHIP offers Access to talent, research and IP while leveraging and providing research dollars. Industry insights, mentoring and training students are key activities of the center. C2SHIP has already started to provide funding for research for several research projects since our launch…
