Marie helped me navigate the particular HR challenges of starting from scratch – offering to help whenever I ran into a roadblock, whether it be related to insurance, taxes, or just getting along with my new team. As our company grew, I observed her commitment to making all of us feel as welcome as possible, by showing the same care and dependability she had shown me to each new hire.
