Working closely with other board members and organizational leadership, Martin supported key decision-making around software strategy, business development partnerships, high-level recruitment and more. During his tenure, the board steered implementation of an agile, data-driven enterprise platform supported by HIPAA-compliant, integrated cloud-based infrastructure, which enabled revenue growth from $12MM in 2012 to more than $300MM in 2019. Martin also led the board’s Strategy & Risk Committee from 2016-2018.
