“I first had the chance to work with Marty when we were both sent to one of Honda's problem supplier to figure out why were receiving defective parts. Marty was very dedicated in working with the team to find the root cause problem. Most people would have just focused on their area but he not only took care of his area but continued to work on other areas; his only focus being finding the solution. If it was not for his hard work and dedication we would have never got to the solution so quickly. Over the next 6 years I could always depend on Marty to get the job done when I asked for his support. It did not matter the time or what the problem was he was the person I could count on to find the answer.
