No time or resources to read? Get audiobooks from your local library, for free, and listen on your commute, on your walk or wherever is convenient. Most local libraries have an app, and you can get a library card online with your drivers license.

How do you motivate your team to take initiative?
When team members make a mistake, remind them that mistakes happen and everything is fixable. Focus on what went wrong (task, process, just being human),and on how to not have it happen in the future. This has been helpful to myself and my team in the past.
