Chef Mathew is the ultimate profesional, his talent and skills place him among the most qualified in his field. His performance was exemplary, he always went the extra step and didn't mind working long hours teaching and mentoring his subordinates. His attention to ditails was first class, he always created new inspiring dishes following new trends in the cuisine, we always talked about new ideas and how to be the best in our field. I really miss working with such a talented chef. but also i am very proud to hear that he was moving up to steps and became a well deserved executive chef. I would defenetly recommend chef Mathew to any luxury first class institution in the world.”
