The goal was to empower the attendees with an understanding of the concept, principles & knowledge of Project Management, benefits of having a more efficient process and better equip them for the challenges of a constantly evolving business environment.

    Through interactive discussions, real-life project scenario-based exercises and hands on tool's training, participants learnt how to identify and address various project management challenges associated with identifying, developing, executing and delivering projects and services in their organization.

    Workshop was designed to assess current Project management environment at NAPIMS and create a 'Practical Method of Approach" for delivery of all NAPIMS project requirements / customer needs and to provide a consistent standard project management methodology which will accelerate and deliver successful projects in NAPIMS-(NNPC Group).
