Several student instructors specialize in jujitsu, kickboxing, boxing, taekwondo, Krav Maga and Muay Thai boxing. Training includes cardio, calisthenics and other forms of cross-fit in order for the class to delve into technique drills, punching and kicking combinations and self-defense moves.
