“I hired Erin to help develop our Marketing department. As a growing company we had never had an employee who concentrated in Marketing only, and I am not sure how we ever operated without her. She came in and hit the ground running with little direction from Management. Within her first month she saved the company several thousand dollars just by evaluating our outside vendors and identifying that the vendor was not doing what was stated in the agreement. She did a complete makeover to our website. Before, I was hesitant on referring people to our website, but not now! Erin has created reporting tools and programs that we never even knew was available to our company. Erin is the kind of employee that always has a smile on her face, and will find a way to turn something negative into something positive. I really believe that we could not have found a better person to start our Marketing department.”
