“I have worked off and on with Meghan for several years. Our paths first crossed in 2005 at Gap Inc. She was working in a strategic role and made a presentation to the Old Navy Canada Merchandising team, where I was working as a director. After the presentation, I tried to recruit her to merchandising. Although she did not start in merchandising then, she did finally make the transition a couple years later. In early 2007, Meghan joined Art.com as a Director of Merchandising. Meghan has a winning attitude and a fun personality, and she had no difficulty switching from a consulting role to a merchandising role. She successfully led a cross-functional team and drove her business. Meghan definitely brought her analytical skills to the table. After analyzing consumer insights and competitive pricing data, Meghan launched a new business that drove significant incremental volume for the company. I strongly recommend Meghan Litchfield.”
