While taking courses in systems analysis and statistics, I was fortunate enough to work with a professor who was developing a book on quality control and productivity techniques. Based on the knowledge I gained while working with Dr. Gitlow, I was awarded a research grant which allowed me to travel around the world to compare and contrast productivity techniques used in other countries.
