About

What started as a part-time college job soon blossomed into a fulfilling and rewarding career path for me. Embracing a unique perspective and offering unwavering dedication, I have had the privilege of holding various roles within FBS, contributing to the company's growth and success. As the Vice President, I now lead our exceptional team, empowering them to flourish in their professional and personal lives.

FBS is not just a company; it is a family business, and we treat it as such. Our commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing work environment enables our team to thrive, leading to outstanding results for our clients and partners.

I have specialized in a wide range of areas, honing my skills and expertise in:

Managing Overall Property Operations with meticulous attention to detail.
Crafting and executing effective Business and Property Marketing strategies.
Leveraging the power of Social Media to enhance our brand presence.
Engaging readers through captivating Blogging endeavors.
Empowering our team through comprehensive Employee Training.
Nurturing strong Client Relations, building lasting partnerships.
Fostering Employee Retention and nurturing each individual's value.

I take immense pride in my contribution to FBS's growth and community involvement. Over the years, I have actively participated in various organizations, such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB), local Chambers, and industry associations. My involvement in events and marketing committees has further strengthened our company's reputation.

Challenges have not deterred us; they have only fueled our determination to succeed. Throughout a complete company reorganization and navigating the complexities of the pandemic, I led our team with resilience and innovation.

I am deeply committed to giving back to our community. I played a pivotal role in fundraising and rebuilding the Lake Murray neighborhood playground in 2012. Additionally, my involvement in bringing back the Lake Murray Fireworks for the 4th of July in 2017 showcases my dedication to preserving cherished community traditions.

When I step away from work, I find joy in coaching softball, nurturing future talents, and relishing quality time with my beloved family. Traveling to new destinations also allows me to recharge and explore the beauty of the world.

My journey has been one of growth, leadership, and community. As we continue to innovate and thrive, my passion for our team, our clients, and our community remains steadfast, guiding me on an ever-evolving path of success.

It’s near the Mission Trails Regional Park, Lake Murray Tennis Club, the San Carlos Little League and Navajo Girls Softball fields, and Mission Trails Golf Course.

An old real estate agent says to buy the worst house in the best neighborhood. If the same is true of playgrounds, the Lake Murray Community Park is the ideal fixer-upper. After years of neglect, play equipment has been removed piece by piece. The swing set had rusted chains, a toddler-sized structure had peeling paint and rusted old twisting slide was marked with graffiti. The sand at the playground was unsanitary, and was littered with weeds and bits of trash.

The equipment was outdated and didn’t comply with the standards established by the Americans with Disabilities Act – making it inaccessible for some of our neighbors.

The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate, The Real Estate Society of SDSU, and working real estate professionals in San Diego County have joined forces to offer you a unique opportunity: Day 1.

Day 1 consists of a series of workshops, held in the offices of various working professionals, where students can learn specific skills in the real estate realm. No lectures, no homework, no tests, no grades, no credit, no books, no tuition – just learning. Attendees get instruction from the professional on how to do a job, and then they do it. Sessions will be held once a month on a Saturday morning for 2 to 2.5 hours each. At the end of the workshop, the attendee will be able to perform a set of related tasks, and have one more contact in the industry.

In the first two sessions last fall, students visited the offices of one of San Diego's premier retail brokers (Ron Pepper of Retail Insite) and a leading property investor and manager (Neil Fjellestad of Fjellestad Properties). Pepper let participants on a quest to identify the optimal San Diego locations for a real-world client of his, and then revealed the recommendations he had made to the chairman of that national retailer. Fjellestad, a former president of the San Diego County Apartment Association and a tech aficionado, exposed students to the latest improvements in property-management methodology and technology.
