Was engaged by la Banque de La République D'Haïti (BRH, the Central Bank of Haïti) to define the network strategy and integrated network design required to direct the restoration of the financial system and the private core inter-banking network - connecting all financial institutions to its pre-January 12th, 2010 capacity. The network strategy and integrated design served as the blueprint for the implementation of a broadband wireless access network during the post-earthquake HaÏti reconstruction efforts.
