Our website app allows you to finally track your steps in the real world against your favorite fantasy journey, Lord of the Rings.

The website was built in rails with a postgresql database and custom sass styling. During registration you will be redirected to log in with your fitbit information. From then on, we will securely store your information for API retrieval upon login.

The site uses JQuery cookie for session persistence and Bcrypt for password security.

Solo project creating a Poll website which allows a user to login and create polls, as well as vote on polls that other users had created. This was the first time I worked with multi-level data-structures in MongoDB, which was very exciting for me. While it was frustrating at first it was an extremely problem to solve, I find it fascinating to create these complex data structures that seem so simple on the front-end.
