In addition to the other thoughts and recommendations are to ensure cultural, religious, all societal norms for your particular patient population serves are aslo addressed with total medical necessities in check by a robust multidisciplinary team using at least the best practice standards.

How do you respond to negative feedback about your coaching?
This is imperative not only to restore your credibility, but to further grow as an individual and professional. No coach or professional is ever finished learning or tweaking their approach or area of expertise. We are in a constant state of observation, change and in order to stay and remain relevant, we must be open and attune eith our own areas in need to improve.

How do you respond to negative feedback about your coaching?
The following may be of help as you reflect: - Some feedback, whether positive or not is not only helpful in the moment, but can be a catalyst moving forward and growing as a professional and as a person in general. By taking this as a growty opportunity, verses an attack, you may begin to see where you can improve in even other areas. - Use care with your language, tone and inflection as well as the consideration of who you're generally interacting with as you may need to shift uour approach depending on your audience.

How do you respond to negative feedback about your coaching?
Some of the ways to get started are as follows: - Give your full attention and actively listen without interpretation. - You may need to ask and rephrase back what your understanding of the message you received as to not let a potential misunderstanding stand. - Try to inwardly digest the information. Your first inclination may be to disagree or respond with an explanation immediately. I caution you to refrain. - After examination, it is imperative to change your behavior, if in fact you recognize a pattern or have been told there is one. This likely will take time. Changing behavior is challenging, but more than possible.

Activities and Societies: Tennis, Track, Soft-Ball, soccer, weight training cycling, ran for Student president as a freshman. (Athletic endeavors both were in and out of school.)
Loved it...but rarely attended! Instead, I rode the train back and forth to NYC or worked and I never used the books, nor took notes. I simply doodled, if I attended a class memorized by listening and the what might have been on the chalk board. Mostly, I skipped or made my way to the art room or glanced at the gorgeous old rare books in the magnificent library.
